what this center lacks in aesthetics it makes up in the excellent staff. The building is old and needs paint, new floors and other repairs. I stopped in without an appointment, the building smelled clean and fresh. The staff is kind and caring. I wish the state could give them more money to improve the buildings need but it is still a safe place
