Peter Thomas, Owner, TopLine Autobody Service, is unprofessional and does not follow up. Further, he is very messy with how he does business and so is his shop. It's dirty and there is not where to sit. He does not have a fax machine and relies on his cell phone to do business. His shop is located in an area that is very congested and a lot of loitering occurs and as a result, my car door was damaged while in his possession. Lastly, he put the wrong type of oil in my car and when notified of the situation, we agreed to meet at his shop two (2) days later at 10:00am. Regretfully, he never answered his phone after calling numerous times and texting until 6:30pm that evening to say he was just seeing my text message. When I expressed my anger he hung up and refused to service my car.
