I am a work out nut and usually find the closest modell's to where I'm working out. This particular on in Ritchie Station has been the worst I've ever gone into. A person greeted me after I was in the store for only 15 seconds which was great and I told her I hadn't made up my mind what I wanted yet and was just looking. Just after that I saw a clothing rack that was marked down so I locate the woman who had greeted me. By this time she was behind the counter at the cash register and standing next to another woman at another register. So I say to the woman who greeted me, "excuse me" she didn't respond. So I say it a little louder and same results. And by this time the other woman looked up, looked at me and then her. So I say to the other woman is she the manager? Nodding her head yes I begin asking this other employee who is not the manager about the athletic pants I now have in my hand. Questions like, how much are they and what are their size (since there was no size tag on them. She did check the price of the pants and told me the size, which was medium and I wear an X-large, but by this time I wanted to know more about the clothes on the sales rack like were there any x-larges and where were any other pants that were similar if there were no more in my size on that particular sales rack. So she suggested that I ask the manager. Well by this time, said manager is halfway across the room headed to the back and so I follow her saying excuse me again, but maybe she didn't hear me this time. Suddenly she darts behind a wall. So I figure she's handling manager type business so I wait for her to come back out. After about 30 seconds she comes out so I say explain that I was interested about if there were other clothes that were in my size on the sales rack. She then grudgingly walked over to the rack with me and simply said no and walked away continuing what she was doing but it seemed like she had a serious attitude by this time. So I took it upon myself to browse the different racks and finally found a similar pair that were marked down but not as much as the pair I was initially interested in. By the time I got back up to the counter the rude manager asked if she could help as the other store attendant was ringing up someone else. So I simply ask her how can I contact the District Manager and she said that I would have to go on line for that information. As she was ringing up my item I ask her the District Manager's name and she finally under her breath says Paul. I then ask for Paul's last name and she finally says after a little hesitation "Rice". So I tell her I will be calling him. Now I'm not one who would go to this length to contact a District Manager over something like this, let alone find myself writing a review on a store's website but this in-house store manager named Laura by the way (read her name tag) was outrageously rude and it's one thing for one of the employees to behave this way but for a manager- I just hope the other employees behave better than her! By the way the size selection of clothing was horrible. I say to one guy perusing a clothes rack along with me- the selection is horrible in this store and he quickly agreed saying I wouln't be surprised if they're out of business in 6 months. I quickly agreed.
