I agree with the other reviews, the woman who answers the phone is nasty
Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable . . . . My slider stuck, would not budge! They came right over and helped me and it was late on a Friday afternoon.

Apparently they have lots of business and don't need anymore. I called and was confronted with a very rude and "I don't care about your business" person. After reading the reviews it seems that is the common practice. I need to go some place else.

I called this business this week and they were very rude on the phone. They made me feel like I was dumb because I didn't know about glass. Obviously they don't want my business.

I was very displeased by the comments made during my visit to this company. I was told my impact windows were garbage, whether they are or they arent that comment will not be tolerated nor will I ever buy anything here again.
I got quotes from 4 local glass companies on a simple piece of glass for my door and theirs was the highest. Almost 3 times the price of the lowest quote. Forget them!
We went in for 3 pieces of glass and a piece of heavier glass for a shelf. The woman at the desk measured and gave us a quote almost immediately. The glass was ready for pick up earlier than promised. We agree that "bedside manner" of one staff person needs a little polishing, but the other two persons we encountered were not at all rude or difficult.
I agree went by for a door part, said she would call back.Of course never did.I called back & got an attitude over phoneDon't know how this place can stay in business.Oh Well,That's What I get for trying to buy local.
Wow...I don't think I'll go here. Just called for a quote on a mirror. Snippy as all get out on the phone...
Yeah, I agreed with Mike .. the receptionist lady is very very rude!!!is she the owner? If not I wish that someone would give her a attitude adjustment. I took a window that needed a new glass. She automatically assume that I was going to have someone there put in a new glass for me, so she proceeded to take the measurements. When I told her that all I needed was the glass she got angry, and told me that I needed to take the measurements myself...RUDE,RUDE not good for business!!!!!!11
The receptionist was rude, kind of makes you think of what the repair side acts like.
Bad customer service on the receptionist side. She seems to be rude kind of tells you what the repair side is like.
