I can't find any nice words for her so I'm sorry, she's a B**CH. The staff treats you like youre crazy and they are so disorganized. They took forever to finally see you and when they do you feel like you're being judged. The only mental disorder that I have is depression, I didn't fly from to coo coos nest! Lol.
One thing I'm majorly PO'd about is that I scheduled an appointment and wrote it down, then when I went they told me my appt wasn't until two months later. They were still able to see me that day but then the appt that was scheduled two months later got billed to me. Shouldn't it have been cancelled? These people are rediculous. I'm not paying a $35 no show fee for something I didn't schedule. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

They are rude, disorganized and Dr. Zaidi has no feelings or sensitivity to patients or their families. They loose papewok, you wait about 30-45 mins past the time you are supposed to be seen and when in her office you can clearly see othe patients names, files etc. The couselors are good, but the communication btw them and the doctor falls on deaf eas. She is terrible and for a person dealing with people with mental disorders, she should be ashamed with her standards of care.
