As a retired HCP I was very disappointed with Emergency Room. No doctor on duty. Nurse Practioneer either very tired or not very competent. Took longer to turn on computer than exam. Attributed high wbc to vomiting when no vomiting was present. Said u/a was "normal" when no urine was collected. Pretty scary. Despite new, nice facility. The place was filthy, toilet overflowing in rest room. I won't be back.

The Staff in River Oaks Emergency in canton were very friendly courteous and promt with service and diagnosis the walk from the parking lot to the hospital was very short I waited 15 mins in the emergency waiting area and another 30 in the room they are very clean and neat. I no longer have to drive all the way to Saint D's I have a new hospital to service my needs
