Consumer warning, they are scam artists. Will lie about what your bill will be after they tie you into 2 year commitments on the phones they sell. I was promised repeatedly that with some tweaking to my account, I could have 2 new phones and add a line and my bill would only go up $20. Since they can't yield the same documentation about account changes of a corporate store, they will say anything. I was told to wait for the 2nd bill to see what the agent was promising. Unfortunately, by trusting the agent, I was past the return period (conveniently) and am now screwed to a discrepant sum of about $2000 over the next 2 years. They can create giant financial commitments for consumers, but have no obligation or accountability to their own lack of integrity. I spoke with manager after manager at Verizon (had Canton, MI TCI manager go up his own corporate ladder for a fix), and I was promised multiple times by Verizon it would be fixed. Stay away from TCI, but also be wary of Verizon.
