Backing up to Haggerty isn't awful, but sometimes the trucks can be heard throughout the park and it is a little disruptive. Otherwise, people pretty much stick to the rules regarding sheds and keeping their yards cleaned up. I know a couple of the homes near me could use some new paint and porches, but I guess the people who live there have been there forever and just aren't too woried about it. My home is a smaller two bedroom, one bath, but it suits me and my cat just fine. They do have a policy about dogs too, like you can have them, but only certain kinds of dogs, but I'm not sure on which kinds are restricted. But if you're worried about it, the lady in the office is pretty friendly and can answer all your questions.

Sherwood Village has a nice location. It's right off of Michigan Ave and I-275, which junctions with 94 and 96 not too far away. The management is okay, and I haven't noted any crime in the neighborhood. Decent rent, but most people buy their homes, or lease to buy. Not too shabby a place.

Sherwood is a nice clean park with nice staff and a good neighborhood. Rent of the units is decent and management takes real good care of the homes and the grounds.

Sherwood looks like your typical trailer park. but you get a better vibe. The owners really try hard to keep the place looking nice. They put in a bunch of flowers and make sure the weeds are pulled. And the people in the office are always posting info about events that are happening at the clubhouse. Definitely a better place than I've lived before.

I have lived here for over 2 years and wish every minute i could be somewhere else, This park is the Getto of Canton, The police are there atleast 2-3 times a day, they just busted a Meth lab on 6/27/2011 the park is trying to cover it up but I live next door to the place and I saw everything even when the Hazmat team came it was something the police said that it could have exploded and took out the whole park. There are atleast 7 sexoffenders in the park 2 of which are right next to the bus stop and the offenders stand outside in the morning watchin our children SICK!!! There are a bunch of hoodrats that stand in the middle of the park in the middle of the road and they will not move for anyone, they also try to pick fights with people who drive and walk by, (They are on the main street of the park so impossible to avoid them), There water is not safe there are floaties in the water, we by jugs of water, the water gets shut of atleast once a week. SHERWOOD VILLAGE IS WELL AWARE OF THE PROBLEMS I LISTED ABOVE THEY CHOOSE NOT TO FIX THE PROBLEMS ONLY ADD TO THEM. I cant wait untill I close on my new house next week so I can leave the Getto, and raise my child in a better neighbor hood.
