Do not go to this store if you expect good customer service. In my opinion a bride should be catered to when spending money on her bridal gown. The only reason that I am giving this store two stars is because I purchased my gown here. They do have decent inventory and prices. However, the saleswoman that is always there is rude, pushy and condescending. She ruined the experience of buying my bridal gown, I ended up in tears when it came in because it was too big, no one could alter it, and no one at the store cared, including the woman who sold it to me. She did nothing but tell me lies. All she cared about was the commission and once she had that she was done with me. Do not waste your time here.

I've been to at least four bridal boutiques on the south shore looking for wedding dresses. In comparison to the others I would give this boutique at least a four star. Unlike some of the others, I did not have a long wait to try on dresses and their selection of wedding dresses were organized well which made it easier to find what I was looking for. I found the sales representatives to be more knowledgeable as well; they gave me all kinds of information about tailoring that I did not receive anywhere else. Unfortunately, I did not purchase my dress at this boutique but I would go back again, the selection and personal service was great.
