This dealership gets an "F" for customer service in the Service Department. Slow response in getting back to you, and get annoyed when you ask specifics of problem. What I find here is the sun, moon and starts are promised to you when you buy a car here, than once you bring it in for service it is a totally different ball game, you are treated like unwanted step child. I love my jeep, but because I cannot seem to get good service when there are problems with my car there is absolutely no sense in keeping it. I am most likely going to sell, and have learned I need to research service departments first before buying a car.
