First-classBetter than mostAbout what I expectedNot the worst...Disappointing

I was in there for the first time in a few months on Saturday and I cannot believe how much it has changed. The place is spotlessly clean; the diningroom was newly remodeled and tastefully decorated to add a romantic charm without being stuffy. I ordered one of the week-end specials (scallops with an autum twist) and they were better than any Pgh 5 star restaraunt. My wife had the tortillini and it was also 5 star quality! After dinner we had a few drinks in the bar, and I have to say that this place is truly unique. The diningroom has such an upscale and quant atmosphere but the bar area truly felt hometown good. (I cannot explain it any differently than that unless I say it was almost like a "Cheers" atmosphere in the bar.) The new manager (Stacey, I believe) greated us in both the dining area and the bar area and she was wonderful. So upbeat and never lost the smile on her face. That personality clearly carries over to all the staff there.

All of my friends and I love this place. The selection of beer is great and always ice cold. We go in for the breakfast almost every weekend and it is delicious every time. My personal favorite for lunch or dinner would be the Italian Nachos....Yummy!!!! Recommend...most definitely!
