Bosse retired. Now the staff is very unprofessional. They yelled across the room for my date of birth, admonished a client over the phone for missing an appointment, talked greasy about a fellow employee who was working on a computer issue for them. They also implied I lie about having a medical condition so that they could bill my primary provider.
