We have maintained several storage units with this company both at their 9th street and Field Ave. facilities over the last 8 years. Their rates are comparable to other facilities in Canon City and are even less expensive than some. Their facilities are kept clean and are well maintained and we have peace of mind knowing that our storage units are located in such a secure facility and they provide this security with both locked gates and full time security cameras. They have a liberal late payment policy and very reasonable late fees. Their office manager Melinda has always been friendly and when an issue has come up, for whatever reason, she has always handled it very professionally with efficiency and a friendly humor. When we have requested to be placed on waiting lists for specific sized units, we have always been contacted when it is our turn to let us know that one has come available. As far as we are concerned there are no finer or safer storage facilities in Canon City...Bar None!

Their storage office manager Melinda has always been friendly and helpful and when we were placed on waiting lists for specific sized units, she has always called when one came available. Thank you Cornella Brothers for providing a clean and safe environment for the storage of our valuables. As far as we're concerned there are none better.

Unfriendly service. Late fees imposed when the USPS delivers payments late regardless of proof that payment was sent on time via USPS tracking services. Prior to late fee, when account paid on time, snarky letter sent out to "remind" us that the rent has increased by $1. Literally one dollar. Instead of a friendly reminder, snarky short and rude letter sent out to say the first time is the "last time" they will accept a payment that is one dollar short. Helpful tip to company: try treating your customers with more respect and you may retain business. There are lots of min storage in the area. I'll be moving mine soon.
