I'm normally not the kind of person that would take the time to write a review about a place, but I am going to this time because I was disappointed more than once. Let me begin by saying this resturaunt has fabulous food and drinks, however, when the building got remolded, the atmosphere changed and so do the wait staffs' attitudes in bad ways. I've been in twice since its been changed around and both times I have had the same waiter Erik. This employee is not customer service savvy what-so-ever. He does not check his tables for refills or to make sure the customer has gotten everything or is need of any more service, instead, he walks around slowly with his head down and doesn't seem like he is enjoying his job. Quite disappointing. Both times, another employee had to check on me and my guest for him because I suppose he was simply too busy watching the floor. I nor my guest left him a good tip. And what really ate at my nerves was when after I and my guest were finish with our food or drinks, he would not remove any dishes wouldn't ask for dessert but was very eager for the bill to get paid. The only times he acted like a great waiter was when he took the bill. And may I add he never asked us if we needed boxes or if the food was alright. It was very poor service and it made the time unenjoyable.
