Tony Calderone was very personable and helpful when he visited my home for service. He made sure to ask if there was anything special that needed to be done and he explained every step of the process. I have had zero bug issues since I started using Aptive a few years ago

Mario Espinosa was great. He let me know when he was due to arrive and when he was leaving. We have two big dogs who bark a lot. Mario took his time performing our service and did not hurry because of the dogs. Thank you Mario!

Rafael Gonzalez was great! I was away for a few hours but he kept in touch via text and sent a thorough explanation of services rendered on our house. Bravo!

We are always happy with our quarterly services from Aptive. Robert Alvarado was our service provider yesterday, and he took the time to address our needs and was so sweet as well!

Nick and Leroy did a fantastic job. They were very attentive to my needs in regards to cobwebs and ant colony concerns and made sure they took care of them. Both were very polite.

Great customer service from technician and company.

Very friendly and respectful and gave me extra Moth pheromone boxes, from moth attack, gave instructions to get rid of things moth are in.

Only reason 4 star for promptness was due to missing the two hour window. Appointment was late afternoon so recommended early appointments, Incase things come up.

Otherwise great service.

Aptive Environmental gets the job done!

We've been customers for about 6 months, and their service has been fantastic.
Recently we had an invasion of earwigs (ugh!) and we called for supplemental service.
The gal who assisted me on the phone was really friendly and very knowledgable - she gave me a lot of info about earwigs that I didn't know! The technician came out the next day and did not charge us. A week later we were still experiencing an abundance of critters, and they came out again for free!

Today was our regularly scheduled service, and Abigael did a terrific job.
I highly recommend this company.

We have been inundated with an abnormally large amount of pests this summer, likely due to El Niño and the heavy rainfall we had this past winter- and it has brought out critters we didn’t know existed, and in droves. In an effort to not share our space with creatures best left in middle earth, we had our first service from Aptive. Roberto (Gutierrez) was very thorough in assessing the property for problem areas; knowledgeable about the variety of beasts we’ve encountered, and understanding, informative and reassuring regarding our concerns about treatment options around our zoo of animals and kids. He took his time in sweeping the eaves and getting rid of wasp nests, showed us the products he was using, and explained things in a manner we could understand, not being experts in the field. I knew we had to be his last appointment of the day, but he took ample time to answer my questions regarding continuing service and any additional appointments we might want to set up.
So far we have been pleased with a noticeable decline in all things bug related, and that’s a plus, because I was losing my mind.
I hope when it’s time for our next treatment, that Roberto will come back, because he’s awesome.
