If I could rate no stars I would. As a paid consumer I have never been treated as insignificant as I was yesterday. During a phone conversation in which I was inquiring about the delivery of a fridge I had already paid for the Lowes employee was continuously rude and then hung up on me. I called back 4 more times only for the Lowes employee to pick the phone up and hand up on me again, and again, and again and again. Later when I picked up my appliance I was told it was being investigated... that was it. I was not questioned about the event and am not at all satisfied with the outcome.
