      I had to have one boot for the transverse engine axle replaced. I was told it would be best to do both because it would be cheaper to do both at once then wait. I took the chance of not replacing both, but in the end I had to replace other boot later.
      I had another issue with the same car and was going to take me about six to eight hours to fix. I was quoted the repair time would only take two hours to fix the problem. I told him no way it would take only two hours. I was shown a manual with the estimated times of repair for various problems. He quoted the two hours of time to repair the problem, but it actually took longer. I was only charged for the two hours of time.
      I do not like transverse engines for repairing parts; however, in snow or ice conditions transverse engines are great.
