This casino has a typical standard to other casinos. The service is kinda a hit and miss depending on the staff. Overall, this place is a passable get away.

As another reviewer also stated, this place is a total rip off. Been to casinos all over the country, and this one by far has the tightest slots. Even with the money they rake in, Cliff Castle doesn't use it in any way to improve or maintenance any of the machines. Been there once and came back a few months later and the SAME machines sat there broken. The slots provide no entertainment whatsoever since they don't even allow you to win enough money to play a little bit. It just sucks your money down. I don't know how they have tweaked their machines, but completely terrible odds. I noticed when I was going to the men's room that they have a room filled with computers. I am assuming monitoring and "fixing" slots. Total rip off and this place is a scam. Don't give this greedy Casino a DIME. Better off spending your money on gas to see Jerome or Sedona. Much more rewarding.

What a find! Couldn't ask for a nicer place to dine. Great friendly service, fine food and wonderful atmosphere. Fridays fish fry is quite unique.... Fish served attractively on fry bread with lovely accompliments. Quite reasonable priced too.

About the tightest machines I have ever come across in my life. Been there a couple of times and don't plan on going back or suggesting it to friends. I know it's gambling but this place is a total rip off. Might as well just hand them over your cash and save time..

This place is beautifully decorated. I've never seen such a clean public restroom. Food is yummy. I host a singles group and we go here every so often. I've stayed in the hotel and loved it. Bowling alley is fun. If I had kids, I'd use that neat place they have for children. Try it , you'll like it. For what it's worth, I've never had employees treat me any way but nice.

this casino has it all even a bowling alley , the best dinning and a indoor playground for the children , the slots are the newest and best , even blackjack and poker , it a must get there day trip to try your luck and eat and drink well
