General Info

I work with individuals, couples, families and groups of all sizes. I come from a holistic perspective – treating the mind, body and spirit to help restore a sense of balance in life. We all experience hardships and need help to heal the body, mind, and spirit. I am strongly influenced by my Christian worldview; however, I respect the personal uniqueness and self-determination of each individual and provide both faith-based as well as secular approaches to counseling. I use a variety of therapeutic tools such as psycho-education, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Behavioral Intervention, Motivational Interviewing, Brief Intervention Therapy, and Life Coaching.
