Sad and disappointed. An apology would have been nice. 1-800-Flowers did all they could to remedy the situation.

Walked I'm not knowing exactly what I wanted, the ladies there were very patient and worked with me to help me find the perfect gift. They have LOADS of options. Would recommend to anyone!

I really enjoyed doing business here! From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The arrangement I purchased was beautiful and definitely worth the price. They also had really cute home accents and a pretty wide selection of jewelry. Very cool place!

I came in at the last minute for some flowers. I knew it would be hard to find exactly what I wanted so late, but the florist here was very helpful. She put together several samples and didn't stop until I was satisfied. She also kept my budget in mind and didn't try to push me to "go bigger" than I could afford. I would suggest An Enchanted Garden to anyone.

I called for a last minute funeral arrangement to to to an in town funeral home, two hours from the begining of calling hours. Owner complained that she had already delivered there and she could probably do a potted plant. Have always went there for prom flowers and funerals. Never again.

I called into change the date on my ridiculously overpriced order and was handled with a lack of consideration and level of rudeness I have never experienced. Owner lacks in the customer service department and was whining about my house being too far away (10 minutes from shop). Obviously just too lazy to make the drive that they were paid to make. Would never buy from this unprofessional "business" again.

I want to thank you for putting together such a wonderful arrangment for my wife for our anniversary. It was delivered to our room just as they said it would be. She was completely suprised and loved the flowers. An Enchanted Garden did a wonderful job and I want to thank them.
