- How often should I take a class?Your muscles will feel a little sore after your first BODYPUMPTM class, but keep at it. We promise it will get easier! After your first few classes we recommend doing a BODYPUMPTM class every other day. Remember, your body needs at least 24 hours of rest between weight lifting workouts.
- What is BODYFLOW?BODYFLOWTM is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
- What do I need to bring?Comfortable workout cloths; Don't worry about shoes, as you will do the class barefoot; A yoga mat isn't essential, but bring one if you like. CAC has yoga mats you can use.

- What is CX WORX?CXWORXTM really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.
- What do I need to bring?Comfortable workout clothes; Gym shoes; Drink bottle; Towel; Positive attitude; We'll provide the resistance tubing.
- What are the benefits?A quick, efficient workout in 30 minutes; A tough workout that challenges you mentally and physically; Tightens and tones core muscles; Improves functional strength for balance, mobility and injury prevention; Better understanding of how the core works and its importance to your physical health.
- How often should I take a class?It's best to take a rest day between classes to give your body time to recover, but you can try CXWORXTM after you have finished one of our other LES MILLSTM programs.
- What is RPM?RPMTM is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Like all the LES MILLSTM programs, a new RPMTM class is released every three months with new music and choreography.
- What do I need to bring?Comfortable workout clothes: cycling shorts will make the ride more comfortable, but they're not essential; Gym shoes: we recommend cycling shoes, but check with your instructor if you need more specific help; Water bottle; Towel - you are going to get sweaty!

- What is ZUMBA?The ZumbaTM program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: we want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked on exercising. ZumbaTM fanatics achieve long-term fitness benefits while having an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of calorie burning, energizing, uplifting, awe-inspiring DANCING!
- What do I need to bring?Comfortable workout clothes; Towel; Bottle of water; A willingess to "shake it" and have fun!
- Vinyasa Flow YogaThis type of yoga focuses on connecting one posture to another, and creating a flow between each pose. The breath dictates the tempo of the movement and how long each posture is held. Focus is placed on the transition between the poses as well as the pose itself. This class is geared to all levels, all the time.
- CAC's martial arts program focuses on the art of Tang Soo Do. Instructed by Master Christian Klacko, this structured and fast-paced class will develop you as a martial artist, in addition to being a great workout. Classes are Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 7:15 PM, and Saturdays @ 9:00 AM. All levels from beginner to expert are welcome. C.A.C. members and non-members are welcome to try a class for free. Our classes have three main areas of emphasis:
- Fitnessby being involved in our program a student will develop greater stamina, flexibility, and strength. Our sessions aid in weight control, muscle development and are an excellent source of stress relief. Everyone benefits from looking and feeling their best!
- Self Defenseour classes educate our students in how to better protect themselves and be aware of their surroundings. Students enjoy learning new things that are simple, practical and easy to use if ever a situation should arise. Our classes are arranged so that all students can develop at their own pace and they have great FUN learning it!
- Personal Developmentby far the most popular area of emphasis. We develop a student's self confidence, self respect, respect of others, positive thinking, goal setting and commitment, just to name a few. We want all our students to be leaders in all that they do!
- Masacote Entertainment is a dance company located at the Cambridge Athletic Club. The company was started by Ana & Joel Masacote who have performed and taught in 30+ countries across 5 continents and countless cities in between.
