Horrible horrible horrible salon , I paid over $160 for my long hair to be hombre and they completely ruined my hair just look at the photos the top is black and the bottom is platinum yellow wtf and while I was there the other guy kept burning this client with the hot irons on the back of her neck wtf if u want to be tortured and ripped off then go here but please people heed my warning

The staff was impersonal. I went on a Tuesday and there were no customers there. When I walked in one staff member greeted me, another washed my hair and started to blow dry it, and without any greeting at all another stylist finished my hair. I have some breakage around my edges and the stylist made no attempt to cover the parts where my hair was uneven. His solution was to trim my hair, at no charge of course. My hair looked healthy and bouncy but I was not pleased with the style and came home and was able to style it better myself. The salon made my hair easier to manage but customer service and pleasing the customer overall is not their strength. Lastly, I tried to pay with my debit card only to find out they only take cash. I had to leave the salon and come back with cash. A no credit or debit cards accepted sign is definitely needed.

Nice decor, clean shop. The stylist don't pay attention to the clients and do a lot of talking to each other. Although they can really get hair straight without using a relaxer, everyone's hair is basically styled the same and the style does not last.

This is the fastest I have ever been in and out of a salon. I was there a total of 1 hour and 20 mins. My hair feels silky soft and it looks great. My stylist was Dominique (thanks Girl). Everyone was really friendlyQiana SS
