I went today, Sat., because my grandson was sick and needed to be seen. My daughter could not come with. I told the receptionist my daughter's name and my grandson's name and she tried different spellings saying they weren't in the system. I said I remember being there with them before. She didn't ask for a card or anything. She thought I came to the wrong place. I texted my daughter later( she works nights, so she was sleeping when we went) She said that We were at the right place, just that her info. wasn't updated yet. I went back later and then the center was closed. Now my two year old grandson got to suffer some more with his cough. That receptionist didn't do her job right. Very disappointed.

They have an office assistant who is very rude who assumes everyone has a medical background therefore they should be able to read results for themselves and she had a very nasty attitude. If I would have gotten her name I wou D had displayed it here.
