Randy at kwik fix in calhoun ga is amazing !!!!! After taking my phone to a different place it came back missing parts and with a camera lens that wasnt even for my phone needless to say randy fixed it for me in 30 mins and my phone was like brand new again I couldnt thank him enough for FIXING my phone the RIGHT WAY HE IS AMAZING THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!!!

ABSOLUTLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! DO NOT GO HERE! Got my phone fixed by them an then a week latter dropped it in a case 1 ft from carpet flooring and it shattered and has a big black spot in the middle of the screen. That wasn't even there when it broke the first time. He didn't want to work with me didn't want to help me nothing was ABSOLUTLY AWFUL. Went in a was very nice about it to begin with and all he said was "it's not covered under warranty" he didn't even tell me it was on warranty when I first got it or even give a receipt. DO NOT use them. All they do is take your money and give you a cheap crappy fix!

Worst decision I've ever made was trusting them with my phone. I bought my own screen and took it to him to put it for me, he said he'll do it for $20 then said I needed a new battery so he'll put me a new one for $40. When I got there he charged me $75. I had no problem with that until I broke my screen again and the person I got to do my screen for me showed me how he never put any of the screws back on and took a metal piece from it. Oh not to mention he never changed my batter. My phone dies so quick now. This place is a rip off.
