This is a horrible financial institution. Anyone requesting a loan steer clear of here, you will get nothing but run arounds. I know this from personal experience.



I applied for a loan, and was told by the loan officer that everything looked great and we should have no problems being approved, then the next day, we get told that we will need a co-signer.



We ask what the qualifications for a co-signer are, get all the information and go back in the next day. We are told that we have to come back on Monday because the credit comity is not in.



We go back in on Monday and we have to wait yet another day, because we are told the credit comity doesn't meet until after hours. (who the hell does that)



So here we are out on the streets because this bank is a joke. You will be told one thing and made to jump through hoops left and right. I have known several people and family members with accounts at this place, and they all ended up leaving and canceling their accounts because of the hassle they get.



There are MUCH better banks, and credit unions around. Steer clear of this business or learn the hard way and end up canceling your account just like the rest of us.
