Gave them my part number I needed to purchase. They said it was in stock. I went to go pick it up and they didnt have it. I drove out there for nothing....

I stopped in to have them to some regular checks on my mower and they said it would take a couple days. I called them three days later and they said they hadn't started working on it yet but it was "next on their list". Called the following week and it still wasn't done. In the end it took 2 weeks to get my oil changed and the filter replaced. Maybe they are better with non-lawn and garden equipment, like lip service......

Had my lawn mower for two weeks and still is not running correctly. I had a friend fix it for me in 45 minutes. Glad I spent that $300 at Kubota....
