The Towers is not a well cared for building. It is turning into a ghetto. The maintenance crew never does anything and when they do, they act like they are doing you a favor. The steel railings are all broken down. One guard rail is all broken down directly on a fire exit. The pavement is all busted up. Serious repairs need to be done in many apartments. All of the current tenants are complaining constantly. Maybe new management and maintenance staff would help. It is just getting worse and worse. When someone needs a repair, the work does not get done until 3-5 weeks later, if at all. It used to be nice, now it is run down. The heating system doesn't work most of the time in the winter, it is late 1800's boiler heat.Everyone still pays rent and pays on time and maintains the condition of their lease, but the work does not get done.Very shabby treatment to tenants.

This is a nice place to live however tomorrow it will be below zero and we have no heat. This is a recurring problem every year. This was reported and we still have no heat 24 hours later. There are children in the building. The owner knows a new heating system is needed and the rent by tenants are faithfully paid, The heat either blasts to a point of making us sick or we freeze. We have paid money to stay in hotels due no heat from time to time in the winter. Also we all have to beg for the driveway to be salted . Huge problem that does not get solved Its a shame because otherwise its an o.k. place to live.
