I too had a tremendously bad experience with Janit (the owner) and this subway. I am a long time customer of this company and this store is by far the worst customer service ever. Every time me or a member of the family goes in and tries to redeem food with the card becomes an uncomfortable situation and she or the employees who seem to be trained by her to do the same, try every which way to not let you redeem point. Well this last time I had it and asked her why is it always hard to redeem points in this location. She became very defensive and accused me of putting words in her mouth. All of this over getting what was entitled to me. Now I know why all the other complaints are about customer service. Shame on her, especially that she is the owner and should look out for her store and maintaining her customers.
