This is the worse place to mak...

This is the worse place to make deals!!!

We went in because of an ad for Nissan Rogue. While the sales guy (Mike Keane) was clearly uneducated about the cars available (he provided to us information regarding the rogue special edition that actually does not come in that car). Only because of the car's specifications we decided to take that car and close the deal.

After we picked the car, there was a problem with the temporary license plate so we agreed to come back in two days, and also to go over the inside of the car explanation. While driving home we noticed that the bluetooth does not exist in that type. We contacted the dealership and were assured that when we will come in for the correction of the temporary license plate they will install the bluetooth.

When we came in Richie (what ever kind of manager he is) asked us to split the cost. We refused since this was promised to us in this vehicle with no cost. The dealership manager who over heard our conversation with Richie decided that our tone was too loud (when we actually all were speaking polite and calm) said to cancel the deal.

Over $300 worth of a bluetooth they have lost a client, potential referals, and a bad reputation for this dealership.

We then drove to Nissan on rt 10 and were treated like No. 1 clients.

DO NOT EVER GO TO NISSAN ON RT 23, unless you want to be cheated and then humiliated infront of everyone to cancel your deal.

I want to give the Nissan service team ZERO stars, but the system will not let me. I was told my car needed a repair that would cost $1,400.00. I took the car to another repair shop and that was not the case. The mechanic left black hand prints on my center console and interior headliner. Car smelt like someone had a subway lunch in it when I picked it up. I love my Nissan, but this place will not be seeing me again.

Very disappointed in their customer service in service department. I recommended them to my daughter when her car broke down. She needed a new key - over $140. Key broke within 4 months and they wouldn't do anything to help. She went to another dealer who fixed it. And also reprogrammed her spare key for $0. I'm ready to shop for a new car and it will NOT be there.

rt23 nissan unprofessional

I recently purchased a new vehicle at rt23 Nissan. My first experience was not bad the sales person seemed professional and I thought I was getting a deal. I gave my deposit and was to pick up my car and sign the paperwork a few days later. The morning of my pick up day, I was told when they went to pick up the car there was $1000 dollars of damage on the car and that there were no more of the same cars to replace it. My only options were to switch color or upgrade to the next model (lame attempt to see how much the color I had picked out was worth to me and too upsell). So my pick up day was pushed back, I went to pick up the car a few days later and upon inspection the car it had been poorly cleaned. No attention to detail. There was rotten leaf gunk in all the nooks and cranies. They did reclean but didn't get it right until I sent it back again . I then was taken to the finance department to sign the paperwork. I was rushed to sign and mocked for reading what I was signing. I went back to pick up my plates and they had been lost. Tried to charge me 25 extra for them. When my car was due for its first oil change I was told the first date they had opened was two weeks away. Since then I had a service issue and was treated poorly and transferred to someones VM three times without speaking to anyone. My overall experiance thus far has been poor. Very unprofessional and sleezy across the board.
