We collect CO payment and CO insurance AT the time of service and will bill your insurance Company for services covered under your plan. We accept Cash. Personal checks. And credit card payments. What is your cancellation POLICY? PATHWAYS requires 24-HOUR notice to cancel a session without charge. Without such notice YOU will BE charged for ALL missed appointments. HOW long is each SESSION? SESSIONS are typically 45-50 minutes. But with the availability of your therapists schedule and your need. Sessions CAN GO longer and will BE billed accordingly. What is your confidentiality POLICY?
