Outstanding repair service. Had a tech come to fix problems of my own making. Did a great job. He came again at my request for some tweaking. Said he could do it remotely but I wanted him to come here. Just last night, I called for remote help and the tech did an outstanding job. Once again, problem was my own fault but I caused a lot of problems. Will was very patient and understanding. Price for remote access is incredible! House calls are reasonable also. Because they had just invested a considerable amount of money ( against our recommendations) then they should have into this trashed Mac, we advised them that we ( out of the goodness of our hearts) would not charge them for any labor for the latest repairs...that would be free, but they would have to pay for any parts that had to be replaced. They agreed. When they came to pick it up we told them how much the part was, they argued with us, made a scene in the shop and said we said it would be free!!! The part was a special order custom made for a Mac and cost us $75. They continued to act unreasonably, boisterous, argumentative and ignorant. We took the part back, gave them the Mac (no charge) and asked them NOT to come back and do business with us ever again! We have an outstanding customer base and have excellent reviews from our customers. We give great customer service and always work with our customers in a fair manner for their satisfactio

They fixed the issue with my MacBook not booting in a couple of days which is a reasonable turnaround.

I was told by three different people that my hard drive was dead. I brought my laptop to Cheap Geek and three days later I pick it up fixed and running great, oh and none of my data was lost. : ) : ) Ya, so thanks for your quick and friendly service. ( I DIDN'T have to spend an arm and leg either)
