Service was very good for lunch and dinner. The BBQ is average; not smoked but lean. The ribs are very good with a dry rub that is perfect for pork. Those cross-cut sweet potato fries are crispy and very addictive. The music over the speakers is an eclectic collection with a goodly dose of religious-themed songs. Very pleasant outdoor dining on the large covered porch during warmer months.

We just had our first dinner at Bubba's, and we'll be back. Nice that a decent restaurant has finally expanded our eating-out options in Burnsville. Ribs and veggies were terrific, dessert brownie, gourmet. Would've been nice to have a fish choice on the menu, maybe a cold brew with the ribs so hence only four stars. Service was friendly and efficient, clean tables, reasonable prices.
