The Skinny Pancake at UVM sells bagels, sweet and savory crepes, sandwiches, salads, baked goods, espresso, coffee, and beverages. Open early to late 7 days a week. Stop in before class for a classic breakfast like the Early Riser which features two eggs and Cabot cheddar in a crepe. Or if you're feeling something sweet, start your morning with a Matchmaker, which is served with seasonal fruit and chocolate hazelnut spread with a side of whipped cream. Feeling a savory crepe for lunch? Check out the K-Pop - feat. local braised beef, VT kimchi, and korean style BBQ sauce in a scallion crepe.
