DO NOT TRUST THIS CAR WASH! THEY DAMAGE CARS!



I take very good care of my car and brought it here because they seemed to be very professional based on appearance and other online reviews. The price itself was reasonable and they do not "broom" your car to pre-soak it which I like. That being said, the workers have absolutely no idea how to care for cars and the manager is completely unprofessional and a liar.



My car went through the car wash itself just fine but when the workers went to dry the car off one of them notice a small piece of road tar glued to the car. Instead of having any idea about its difficult removal and letting me know, he proceeded to try and aggressively rub it off with a dry cloth. This gouged my paint down to the primer in a 5 inch line due to a rock stuck in the tar.



When I got out of my car because I heard him scraping, I saw the scratch and instantly confronted him. All of a sudden he conveniently no longer seemed to speak English. At that point I got the manager and showed him the scratch and he not only only insisted that it was already there, but accused my of trying to steal from them to try and get my car fixed.



I just a quote at a reputable shop to get it fixed and it will be around $550.



I will obviously never be going back and would recommend anyone who cares even a little bit about your car do the same.

Its an "a-la-carte" type of car wash, you pay for what you want. In addition you have to clean the interior of the car yourself....
