I contacted Jerry McNeil at the recommendation of a friend.   In our first conversation we set a date for him to come to my home and provide an estimate.  He was timely and very knowledgeable, and his estimate was in the range I had in mind.  My carpet is wool Berber in a very, very light beige color, and it was the first time I have had it cleaned since it was installed.  Jerry was able to schedule me and he and an assistant cleaned my carpeting very thoroughly, moving all my furniture and did an excellent job.  Jerry offered to leave drying machines, but the weather was warm enough that I did not opt for the machines.  The next day he came by my home to check on the job, remove the papers under the furniture and to make sure I was pleased with the results.  A very personal touch that one does not see all that often!  I was very pleased and would recommend Jerry McNeil very highly.  I know that I will continue to use his services in the future.
