      I have several friends that live at Heritage Place. Everytime I go for a visit all the staff is always willing to help. My friends are very happy there and glad they move to such a nice place.

      My mom has lived here several years. They used to serve nice meals and be pretty attentive to their resident's requests and needs. However, the last 2 years the meals have often been very spicy and with not much selection. Many times the choice is fish and fish. Mom can't eat fish. This week they ran out of the sandwich they were serving for dinner, 45 minutes before dinner was due to end. My mom did not get her sandwich, only some soup and salad. And why are they serving sandwishes for dinner? How about some baked chicken and vegetables? I would like to move her, but all her doctors are right there at Huguley. Also, the weekly cleaning service has been unreliable. Some weeks she does not get new towels and sheets. The excuse was that the maid for that floor was on vacation, or another time they were looking for a replacement. Can't they bring in a temporary service or maid from another floor? I am starting to search for alternatives. Price goes up and service goes down.

      Great food. Being close to the hospital and fitness center is a big plus.

      Good quality for the price

      My grandmother could not be happier. Great food, good people, and very clean. Best I could find for her in the Fort Worth area.
