The rating that I gave Burbank Automotive the other day was from pure frustration over the events that led to that rating. Burbank Automotive is a well established business that does a tremendous amount of work. As such, they are going to honor the warranty of the engine and do a complete teardown and rebuild. Both Ritchie and Dru were very sincere and honest to me, and I feel confident that this work will be completed in the most professional manner. I am sorry that I gave this business a poor rating earlier.
