The homes are nice but you have to worry about someone breaking in your home constantly. Whether it be your windows front door or even back door. I recently moved out of this area for that reason in particular. Around the holidays is when it really starts happening with the break ins. The managers and "security guard" don't act on it or try to fix the problem. The deposit that you give them when you first move in is non refundable, or they find a reason to not refund it so the managers pocket your money. If you're late. You receive an eviction notice right away even if it's 24hours. If you talk to management about your reasoning on being late its 20 dollars the first day and 10 every day after that which adds up very quickly. Management pretends to be nice but will screw you over once you start living there. They break their own lease and rules. You have no privacy in these homes. People just walk in your backyard or through your front door. I do not recommend living there. They change their pricing after 6 mo the on you because it goes month to month. They are shady people and as though you're getting a great house for the price there's a lot of other things you have to look at as well.
