Dr. Li took the time to explain clearly to me what was happening, shunted him immediately, and I have never looked back. Whether it is a shunt revision, shunt malfunction scare, or just reassurance that Cody is doing well, Dr. Li always speaks plainly, never, ever lies to me, and NEVER treats me as insignificant! He's been my son's neurosurgeon for 16 years. God willing, he'll be Cody's neurosurgeon for another 16 years. If Cody succumbs to this condition, it will not be because Dr. Li has not done everything in his power to prevent that! Quite plainly, he has saved his life many times, and I can never thank him or praise him enough!!!
