PDK Roofing did a smash good job on our chruch! People truly do not understand how difficult it is in today's climate to achieve the funds required to perfom repair work on a rectory or chapel. Meeting the parishioners needs, electrical and heating/cooling bills and other exteraneous costs required just to keep the doors open....There are little funds to cover any major expense such as a roof. To my delight, PDK was referred by another pastor. My bewilderment turned into excitement as I found out our roof was elligible for storm damage restoration. Not only did I not know this was a distinct possibility, I was unbelievably skeptical. Is this for real, how come I did not know about this? Why aren't more people jumping on the band wagon and singing these praises? Only after the entire process did I realize...WNY and the people who live here.. PDK is local company...a high quality company who is a certified roofing contractor with outstanding credentials and warranties.

I am writing to acknowledge my profound apprciation and pleasure in the excellent work that your roofing team performed in the replacement of my home's roof on April 24th & 26th. Your crew displayed an outstanding job performance and showed themselves to be very prfessional and very respectful. They were neat and saw to the clean up in a proper fashion. Dan Nyberg came back several times with his "Karna" solution in order to clean up the oil spots in the drive way that were left behind by the truck which brought and removed the disposal unit. He even cleaned the vinyl siding that had some caulking stains and also aligning the front gutter. These fine men expressed their care and concern in doing the little things well so as to satisfy and meet their customer's expectations. Please thank them again for me. This past weekend the winds were pretty insane. At the end, my roof looked fine except for one shingle missing. I saw a roofer across the street blue tarping a home due to leaks. I went over to speak with him and found out he was from PDK. I asked to see if they would do a simple repair to my roof. One shingle, no big deal...right? WRONG! Not only did I have extensive damage, my entire roof was replaced and covered under storm damage. The only thing I had to pay was $500.00. Now I have a new roof and thank god for PDK. My roof was aging and I didn't have the funds to replace my roof any time soon. Now I don't have to worry. My house is safe and beautiful. They did a fantastic job. If you see them or this, I highly would recommend them.

I didn't have a claim to work with on my property, but I had heard great things in regards to their customer service. Now mind you, I do not have the biggest house, but it is a ranch and the roof was about 30 squares. They had the roof stripped and replaced within a day. All I can say is wow! The roof was done, my property cleaned to as it was prior to removal and replacement, and I got a 5 year warranty. They were very knowledgable and clearly knew their stuff. All I can say is, thank you PDK. If you need your roof done, I would gighly recommend this company.

You know it is funny. When I first answered my door, I was like......Scam! But, just in case, I decided to do a little research! I googled PDK and found their website, but I also found these reviews. It was really great to see what people had to say about PDK! Talk about transperancy. What is a better way than to read what others think about a company. Especially if they talk about things you are seeking an answer to. After reading this, I asked for a reference list. Boy did I get a reference list. A big reference list. Maybe 50 people....and everyone I spoke with had the same thing to say. Amazing company. A different kind of company. Very reputable! So I gave them a shot and was it worth it. The crew was amazing and did they work hard. They got my roof done in one day! From start to finish...All I can say, I was more than pleased. My roof looks great. My gutters look great! My house looks great! I come home and just stare at how beautiful it looks! Call Now!

I got a roof from PDK in the past. I did not know they were in the insurance mitigation & recovery business to. I gave them a call to get a free inspection of my property. Shawn was a very professional guy. He found damage on my roof, gutters and awning. He met with my insurance company adjuster, provided the discovery and loss analysis. Within that week, I had a finalized claim for the repairs. I now have a beautiful 30 yr Elk roof and seamless gutters. After getting to know Shawn, I found out that he is a licensed adjuster. He worked in Texas during the Hurricane Ike natural disaster working with insurance companies to provide recovery for unfortunate homeowners. Also, don't believe what insurance adjusters may peddle about PDK. You know a company is doing a good job if the insurance companies are miffed! Insurance companies don't have your best interests in mind. PDK is helping homeowners recover those best interests. Just ask for a referral! You wont regret it. Promise!

I did have some trepidation at first, but that was short lived. PDK got my damages approved after I was originally denied last year. I fought and fought last year with my insurance company over a leak...I got no where! I got the leak repaired and fixed my drywall (that is all I was looking to do anyway) and I eventually dropped them. PDK called those SOB's and provided a loss analysis. Bam, I won! Not just a repair! Not only did I get my roof approved, but my gutters as well. They worked directly with my insurance provider leaving me the time to focus on what I wanted to. From start to finish, they were very professional. My house looks great! I could not give a better praise to a company. My wife was soo estatic she even gave Keith a big hug and kiss on the cheek. I thought it was some kind of scam! They knocked on my door and I ignored it. When the PDK guy walked to my neighbors, he left a very informative flier. Causing intrigue, I called my insurance agent Tony Batog of A/C Associates.He stated he knows PDK Roofing & Building Supply and was an expert at mitigation & recovery who works with homeowners to recover damaged assets. In most cases, you don't even know you have damage. That is understandable, because I didn't! Anyway, Shawn was a great guy to work with. He worked directly with my insurance company on my behalf. He got all of the damage recovered even though my insurance company originally denied my claim last year. He provided a loss analysis to the insurance company. Low and behold, the insurance company cut a check for the damages and I got a new roof, gutters and awning! The best part - IT DOESN"T COUNT AGAINST ME! All it cost me was my deductible - $500 bucks! The dirt little secret is out! If you have damage, call!

PDK Roofing & Building Supply worked directly with our insurance company on our behalf after a leak was discovered causing severe damage to our garage ceiling and our roof sheathing. They did a fantastic job of applying a tarp to stop any further damage and proceeded to replace the water damaged roof sheathing and roofing once the weather broke. All in all, PDK Roofing & Building Supply did a fantastic job of installing the roofing materials and can best be described as a precision and reliable company. It was obvious the crew took pride in their work! We are extremely happy with our new roof and our roof looks better than ever! To date we have no leaks and this spring has been extremely miserable due to non-stop inhospitable rain.
