Paul Wolf and both of his employees are the must unprofessional people that I have ever dealt with in my life. I tried to file a claim against one of their insured, and called twice a week for four weeks and received no response. I have a note written from their insured admitting fault. Yet the insurance agents would not file my claim for me. Every time I called I would have to start over with all of my information again because they never remembered. Paul Wolf himself hung up on my insurance agent when she attempted to call on my behalf. He is sexist and unreasonable. Stay as far away from this business as possible! If you're in the unfortunate situation where someone with his insurance hits your car, ask them who their actual insurance is, not their broker!

Responsibility seems to be absent with the staff. A lot of mistakes made by them that take too long to fix. Needs more experienced employees.
