Food not fresh and practically tasteless except for being over salted. Overall cleanliness was barely passable. Staff was friendly but doesn't compensate for so-so food.
This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a restaurant. I didnt know what to expect and thought it would be a regular Greek restaurant. To my amazement, the menu was 7 pages and had the most variety of authentic Greek foods I've ever seen!!! I felt like I was in Mykonos or Athens for a while!! If you are looking for authentic Greek foods, I would definately recommend this restaurant. Very nice staff, so much hospitality!!!

As a frequent patron of The Olive Branch since its opening, I would like to state that this is a top notch restaurant at less than top not prices. The portions are great, the taste is exquisite and the prices phenomenal. I had an excellent waitress who was very attentive and beautiful as well. She gave it an authentic Greek feel with her classic appearance. Her name was Lila a name unforgettable in its uniqueness. She wasn't overbearing in her attentiveness and was polite and smiled. She made sure anything we needed was taken care of and that our drinks stayed filled and plates clear. She was able to suggest items in case we were unsure of what we would like to taste.This waitress is a definite keeper and I hope this restaurant plans on expanding the owners should definitely be proud of the job well done with this old building and the turn around they've made.
Upon entering I loved the whole look of the place. The staff blends in very nicely with the visual concept of the restaurant. Aside the aesthetics, The portions and price are incredible. That accompanied by an accomedating, pleasant staff will have me coming back, I'm certain. Service time is also fair. I won't say much about the food yet but I had a stinger sub that was good but a little dry. It's not perfect yet, but I dont think they have to worry about it. Would reccomend to anyone.

I had the Olive Branch Combo Platter....enough food for 3 people. Reasonably priced.
Consisted of Mousaka, Chicken Souvlaki, and Dolmades (Stuffed grape leaves) with Greek salad, Greek potatoes and Grilled pita.

This is definitely my new favorite restaurant! Its extremely clean! The servers are all really friendly, ours was a lovely young lady named Olivia and she was so friendly. The food is really good, HUGE plates with homemade food. Ive been here twice and both times I loved it. First time I had breakfast and the home fries are OUT OF THIS WORLD! Second time I had the gyro panini with Greek potatoes... I can't wait to go back and have another one. And the rice pudding... WOW!

My husband and I just had breakfast and it was amazing! Portions were HUGE! I had the Florentine omlette. Just perfect. Husband had the breakfast special. Neither one of us could finish our plates. LOVED the homefries. Only criticism is that syrup should be in containers on table or give more than one for 2 cakes.

I have been to this place twice now. I agree that the place is brand new as well as the staff, I'm sure things will settle in soon. The hostess and server were very friendly. I have had the gyro and the beef souvlaki. Large portions and very delish! The decor is really cute too. They did a nice job with this place. Much better than Denny's! I will be back for sure. Food is great, price is great, staff is really friendly.

Studies have shown that eating a mediterranean diet improves overall health. Today for our office lunch trip to a local restaurant we chose the recently opened Olive Branch on Union Road on the border between West Seneca and Cheektowaga (formerly Denny's). The atmosphere is light, the dcor is updated with reminders of a countryside in Greece. The menu has a wide range of mediterranean delights. I chose an open beef souvlakia salad with tzatzki sauce and an appetizer of spanikopita. The service was excellent and the food was fabulous. Generous portions with traditional flavors made this lunch delicious.

I have to say, I couldn't disagree with the previous review more. Although the restaurant seems very chaotic, I believe that's mainly because it's new, the employees have to get comfortable with the menu, the setup, and everything else. I would give them the benefit of the doubt and expect them to settle in soon. The food was delicious and the price was very moderate. My daughter had the french onion soup with pita and thought it was as good as anywhere she has had it. I had the chicken wrap with fries and it was delicious, my son had a chicken finger salad (which was huge) and he loved it. With drinks it came to under $26! I guess it's all in your perspective, but I think this place is as good as Alton's at a much better price. I will definitely be going there again.
