If I could give no stars I would. Mrs sanders is a horrible human being. The staff is excellent but mrs sanders needs to call it quits all ready. She treats her staff as well as parents horribly talks to them and looks at them like they are worthless someone really needs to check her books to see where the money is going because it isnt into the building, toys, or PAYCHECKS. Do not sent your kids there you are only adding fuel to her disgusting greediness.

Here today, gone tomorrow. It you are looking for a reliable place from day to day, this is not the place. If the director don't like how you look, what you say, your child will be escorted to the door.

I recently made a complaint with the BBB on this establishment for their rudeness and being unprofessional. The BBB informed the daycare of my complaint, as a result the director, out of retaliation terminated service.

In searching for child care for my infant son I contacted this center and spoke with the director. She would not provide cost information over the phone simply stating that it was policy. When asked further she became combative. She also misquoted NYS law regarding cloth diapers. Finally, I stated that I may call back and her response was "Don't bother" and hung up the phone. She may have a great facility and staff but if the director is any indication of the business she runs it seems like a cold and harsh environment. Just one small interaction that left a BIG negative impression.
