I Work Downtown and there are many , many places to spend my $$ and this place will NEVER be 1 of them. Just Pizza on Elmwood IS great!! I THOUGHT I would get a decent experience here, HUH!!! WRONG!! . I LOST MY APPETITE because the service was SOO BAD! I WAS APAULED BY THE BLATENT DISREGARD FOR THE CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION THAT I LEFT. My friends at work asked me where I WENT TO EAT AND WHY I didnt have my food, ALL I HAD TO SAY WAS JUST PIZZA EXPRESS AND ALL THE GIRLS WENT: "'OH YEAH THAT RUDE GUY!!!' The same rude guy works there every time they are open. (which by the way is hardly ever)Hes rude from the time you walk in, to the time you leave. He rushes you, (like he has somewhere ELSE IMPORTANT to be., yeah rite!)He is A MISERABLE PERSON WHO SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC!!! I cant review the food becuz I lost my apetite!! I WILL GO TO THE MALL FOR PIZZA FROM NOW ON.I can count on the food being great and the service is OUTSTANDING! . . IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH COMMON CURTESY DO NOT GO TO JUST PIZZA EXPRESS. ITS A SHAME TOO CUZ THEY COULD HAVE A THRIVING BUSINESS IF THE OWNER WOULD HIRE A DECENT WORKER, ONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC. THEY LOST MY BUSINESS AND NOBODY WHERE I WORK GOES THERE. WHAT A SHAME.ITS SAD WHEN OWNERS LET BAD EMPLOYEES DESTROY THEIR BUSINESS.
