I rate health force with zero stars. On sept 12, 2015 my daughter went to work at 11p for her over night case. when it was time for her shift to end on Sunday sept 13, 2015 she had no one to relieve her despite calling the office and requesting that someone come into to take over no one came in. I called at 2p on 9/13/15 and spoke to a women who stated she was trying to find relief but could not, no supervisor, nurse, pca, or hha available. so now my daughter has worked beyond 16 hours and she is very tried and health force of wny has no answers. this is not safe for my daughter or the client involved. Health force has demonstrated their lack of caring, for safety and security. Please do not allow your family members or friends to be covered by this agency. As a professional with 27years of experience I know this is not acceptable behavior. Extreme weather causing long hours is one thing but this is not the case, there is no bad weather in WNY and my daughter is still at work.

good company to work for but they lack communication with their staff and their clients ,not a good customer service business.need to have more client communication in order to keep your business alive.since your business is customer based!

I am in California living far from my grandfather. I found Health Force on the internet and called to see if they could help him as he is losing his ability to take care of himself and I was very worried. The people at the office helped me alot to understand all that is involved in caring for him and how and what could be done for him. Even after many phone calls, they were very nice. Since there was a time difference, we started to e-mail and that was very helpful. My grandfather at first was not willing to have help, but Health Force sent him people he really liked and he has said OK to keeping them. Thank you Health Force for your knowledge and help. I am sleeping better knowing someone is watching over him.

My family had to contact Health Force when we determined that our grandmother was no longer safe in her house. The office staff was very helpful and knowledgeable not only about how to help her stay in her own home, but what other services she might need and how to get them for her. Our neighbor recommended Health Force as she had them for her Aunt. The aides they send my grandmother are respectful and she feels very safe having them there.

I found this company to be very helpful. I was in a panic when the doctor told me my grandmother can't be left alone. Health Force answered my questions very nicely and sent out a nurse right away and they even helped me get equipment for her house.
