When trying to contact company, your put on hold and call gets disconnected.. If they want payment that bad, they should have available staff to answer the phones!

They should put the hours of operation in the message. When I called, I was caller 1. I was put on hold for 10 minutes, then the call gets disconnected. I called the main office in Buffalo, and they weren't even sure what the hours were or if they were even open!
