We had a very large landscaping job done including a big above ground pool removal. I found there are not many landscapers with the ability to do such a large job. From start to finish we found everyone involved to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. Trust me they’re not your run of the mill landscapers. If you want it done right call Grabber & Sons.

Great job. Have used them for years!!! My lawn looks terrific and they clean up everything from grass to clippings. I would highly recommend these guys for all your lawn work. They also do my snow removal work-they are timely and make sure to take care of all issues.

very disappointed with doing business with the owner, after signing the contract and them starting work mr. grabber said I would need more topsoil than he figured which would cost more than stated on contract. I feel that this was his mistake and I should not have to pay more than what the contract stated, and when job was done I have low spots on my lawn where water is laying after rain storms. the crew that did the work were great workers and very conscientious. and I also saved them time by having them dump the dirt from my old lawn which they had to dig up in a field behind my home. unfortunately I did not register with superpages before the job was started so I have no recourse to get the work done that is still needed. if contacted for a reference for this company I would not recommend them.

They did a great job. The service was top notch and the owner and staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. I would highly recommend this company!

This company made my yard look great. I pretty much left the design to the owners/ landscapers and they did not disappoint. All of the plants look fantastic and I am very satisfied. Thank you for doing such a great job I would recommend your services to anyone!

To sum it up, avoid this at all cost company, they have NO BUSINESS ETHICS what so ever! There are plenty of other landscaping company's who do good honest work, give them your business instead, but avoid Grabber and sons!



Don't not use this company! My neighbor used them and they came onto my property (there is a fence down the property line) and cut down two of my bushes to scraggly nubs. I called several times to try to rectify this matter with them and give them the opportunity to do what was right, the owner (Richard) is a real pompous piece of work and was incredibly rude! As a business owner myself I would feel very concerned and apologetic, he was every bit the opposite. I could have with in every legal right demanded the bushes be replaced with similar adult sized bushes but in attempt to be reasonable only asked they come finish they sloppy job they did, to clean up the mess they created and grind out the stump instead of leaving ugly jagged stumps sticking out to be tripped over. After having to threaten legal action he agreed to have it taken care of, this has been almost 2 weeks now and nothing... now he doesn't even have the decency to return my calls (a clear indication that he has no real intentions of coming to fix this issue!). I will now be having to waiste my time in taking him to small claims court, a hassle yes but a lesson this company should learn that there are consequences to being a dirty unethical business! . This should show you what kind of ethics these people have, fly by night shysters! Run from them as fast as you can! Call someone, anyone BUT this grabber and sons!



There are plenty of good honest company's out there to use, avoid this one! They are rude, do sloppy dishonest illegal work and you may end up causing a legal battle!

This is the most unprofessional landscaping company that I dealt with. My husband and I wanted our back yard landscaped. The guy came out, looked at our yard, gave us some ideas and said he would have an estimate to us by the end of the week. Seven weeks later and 4 phone calls, the guy keeps giving me the run around. There were 3 different reasons that we hadn't recieved an estimate and then on the final phone call, the guy told me that my husband had called and changed his mind. That's a complete lie! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. And, really it was a blessing in disguise that we didn't have to deal with them. I can't imagine what it would've been like to work with them when they treat new customers like this!

DON'T BUY THEIR BAGGED TOPSOIL! CONSISTENCY OF CONCRETE WITH NEARLY AS MANY STONES. THE PRICE AND QUALITY FAR EXCEEDED BY TOPS OR WEGMAN'S.

We used them for plowing and it was absolutely awful. They never once came without us having to call first and many times had to park on the street because we couldn't get up our driveway when they didnt show up. Each time we were given a different excuse as to why they didn't come including the owner telling us we were imagining that they hadn't come. We were even once told that the snow had just blown around and it just looked unplowed- a complete insult considering it clearly had not been plowed. We've had to call on 5 different occasions and tonight after the most recent storm was told that a driver could not be there until after midnight (no one had come since the snow started 24 hours before) and proceeded to hang up on me after telling me he was in a meeting and couldn't deal with this at the moment. This place is unbelievable- avoid them for plowing services!
