We thank all of our patients for their continued patronage as we celebrate our 55th anniversary. Throughout the years we have experienced many changes, but have kept our patients a focus. We have done this by using state-of-the-art technology and offering a 60-day trial period with our hearing aid fittings. This guarantees our patient's satisfaction with their new hearing device. We perform state-of-the-art hearing aid fittings by using the latest and greatest in hearing technology. All hearing aids are fitted on a 60-day trial basis and come with FREE lifetime service for any regular maintenance, adjustments, or in-house repairs. We have an on-site repair lab and the only ear mold lab in New York State all this in a warm and friendly family atmosphere. We offer two convenient locations to better service our customers one in the northtowns area and one in the southtowns area. We clean, adjust and service hearing aids on a walk-in basis. Any hearing tests, dizziness tests and central auditory processing tests are asked to make a scheduled appointment so that we may continue to service hearing aids on a walk-in basis. Every time I bring my aunt in to have her hearing aids cleaned, I am always promptly and warmly greeted by the staff and taken care of right away. The technicians are very knowledgeable. If there are any problems with the hearing aids, they usually find the cause right away and are able to correct it. Dr. Schneider has a wonderful demeanor and is very compassionate toward his patients. He helped my aunt to hear so much better, which has vastly improved her quality of life.
