The main reason we visit the Erie Basin Marina is to see the test gardens there. We love to see the new flowers, and talk about which ones we'll get for our gardens next year. These gardens are such a wonderful asset for our waterfront. You see tour buses who stop to show them off. They inspire city residents who come to see what they can grow in our plant zones, and they see what combinations work together. Why anyone would consider not funding these gardens is beyond me!!
