Had to wait 15 min past my appt time. People make appointments for a reason. The spa is packed with kids and music is way to loud. There is no waiting area for parents. I guess this is how they get you to buy the over priced candy. My girls loved it and i hated it. Its a catch 22 with this place. This place is truly for kids. 4stars is only because the kids loved it.

I took the previous review into consideration, however my children really wanted to go. I LOVED IT. We visited the McKinley Mall location and the staffed was awesome. Non of my 3 children broke out from the mask. Instead of eye make-up we opted to make our own perfume. My girls were very happy and we will be back VERY SOON. Thanks Skittles and Laffy Taffy for making our visit amazing.

Truley enjoyed ourselves last night. My daughters Birthday party was cute. The best part was the Frosting Facials. Too cute. Place Smells like candy

My 7yo had a gift certificate for a Candy Kissed Manny-Peddy Combo. The staff refused to honor their own certificate and only gave my daughter a basic hand-foot paint job. I wouldn't advise that anyone take their kids there.

Had my girl scout troop at the spa today and they had a blast. They should high light the Karaoke more because this was the most fun part. All my girls had a good time and we will return again to get the chocolate facials

I went to the spa with my 7 year old today and had tyo wait 35 minutes past my appt time b/c they r understaffed and unorganized. I noticed many unsanitary practices, and supplies were very low on everything from nailpolish removers and nailpolishes! to low selection of the ten flavors and scents that they advertise. Also, I could of done a better job with my daughter's nails. They look like she painted them herself. My daughter did not know the difference and had a fun time anyways. However, save your money and create this at home youself.

this so called facail is frosting then they give them a stick and tell them to scrap it off and eat it. Then if you dare to get the eye make up well your kid wil look like a street hostess.The place is dirty and the manager is on her cell phone the whole time talking to whomever while the poor girl sits there. Worst place ever. Lets not forget the poor kids faces are beat red and all rashy from this so called facail and the glitter on the eyes gets into thier eyes and they have to be flushed while the poor girls crying in pain!!!!!!!! This place needs to be shut down- while i was there 3 other moms were and boy were they pi$$ed!!!!!!!!!! One even walked out- I should of done the same but my daughter was so excited.Walk away from this place
